How We participate in meeting when one of the real presence desktop client participant is not in LAN. We cannot use scheduling option in mcu to make calls via IP address to participant because one of the participant is not in LAN. In fact one of the participant is in Coffee shop and using their WIFI access.

 

PLEASE HELP....

THe RPD needs to be registered to the same gatekeeper as the other clients.  This sounds like a NAT issue where an Internal non-routable IP address is being sent from the RPD behind the WIFI
