Real presence group 500 unable to connect after software update

Hi,

 

We are using Polycom Real Presence Group 500 VC with 6.0.1 software version, yesterday our product partner suggested to upgrade the software for better performance, so the software upgraded to 6.2.1 version, after updation we are unable to connect vc in LAN, Wi-Fi and Mobile Networks

Checked Firewall ports in LAN everythig is open, but when we try to connect no video/audio blank screen is coming

earlier software it was working fine,what could be the issue could any one help me how to troubleshoot
