Hello,

I am trying to upgrade me RPG 500 from 6.2.1.2 to 6.1.5 version via usb stick.
It is about 90 minutes on "installing files 31 of 56" analyticsagent-release.apk.
Is this normal?

I have done this procedure a lot of times but it is the first time it takes about 2 hours for the update.

Any ideas?

The same for me: I am trying to upgrade RPG 500 from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5 and on installing files "6 of 56", after 90 minutes, it's not progressing.

Any idea?

i stopped the installation and factory reset the unit,then the codec booted with the existing firmware and then i upgraded online from web interface,not with a usb stick.
