Hello

We bought system RealPresence 500 SN 8G194150E46DCV and integration with Skype for business. Current firmware 6.2.2.4. Current Skype 2019 server.

I configured up this interaction. I can see global list of Skype users, users status, my calendare.

But I cann tot make external calls from RealPresence 500. Call is going fine but Skype user is not recive any calls from Polycom.

Also if skype user call to Polycom account then it is recive fine first but later it is disconnect with message - Yiur call could not be completed because of security or permission issues. Contact your network administrator for assistance.

I though that is AES authentiation problem but in current firmware 6.2.2.4 AES enable menu is not exist.

Maybe someone know where can be a problem?

Also I testet it with Skype 2015 server and problem is still same.

Hello @OlegVitushkin ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

As you are based in Russia certain restrictions take place. You are unable to make calls that require encryption.

There should be many posts around this already within the community. As the unit was only purchased at the end of November I suggest you work with your Poly reseller and/or our Russian speaking Support team who can explain this in detail.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
