Hi,

From a RealPresence 700, we're trying to connect to an encrypted BlueJeans meeting. After entering the IP and meeting ID, we get an error message saying "Please enable encryption to join this meeting" when the "Require AES Encryption for Calls" is set to "Off".

I tried changing it to "When available",  "Required for video calls only", and "Required for all calls" but with every of those options, I couldnt even dial the BlueJeans IP address. I got a "Call ended" error message.

Our external client using BlueJeans refuses to remove encryption on his meeting so this is not an option.

Is there a way to enable encryption and make it work with BlueJeans? Or does the RealPresence does not support encrypted meetings.?

Thanks a lot.

I checked with the right person:

We support Encrypted calls to BJ.   Go into your GS->Network Settings->SIP and set the protocol to TLS.   Then set Security to “Encrypt when possible”

If you still need help please PM me.
