I just attempted to install RPD 3.0 on a Windows 7 PC and it blue-screened me when I opened the APP and rebooted.  I had to start the PC in Safe Mode and uninstall RPD 3.0. Not one to give up, I downloaded RPD 3.0 again and got the same results. Needless to say I downgraded to RPR 2.3 and things are back to normal.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Thank you.

Correction:  I downgraded to RPD 2.3 not RPR 2.3.  Thank you

Hello BREMBOABC,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

I discussed this quickly with engineering and they requested that you provide some logs.

The RPD Software should have a tool called log collector.

Please re-install RPD 3.0 and if it still crashed use the tool and then contact me via the community mail system.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
