Hey there,
we would like to deploy RealPresence Desktop in our Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop infrastructure on virtual machines. In some older posts I read, that there is no support especially for XenApp (terminal servers) and server OS. Are there any news on this topic? I couldn't find anything in the release notes nor in the knowledge base.
Is it possible to use RealPresence Desktop on VDIs with desktop os (XenDesktop)?

welcome to the Polycom Community.
Polycom usually states the tested environments within the release notes so the lack of this indicates we have not tested this.
If this is an important feature for your organisation please work on a business case and submit this via a Polycom reseller or Polycom sale engineer.

thanks for your quick reply.
We tested the software in an Citrix virtual desktop environment (XenDesktop) with Windows 10 and it worked fine. If we need further assistance for deploying RealPresence Desktop in an terminalserver environment we will contact a Polycom reseller.
