Hi,

RealPresence Group 300 - unknown incoming video calls, example:

3207@xx.xx.xx.xx

7018@xx.xx.xx.xx

7017@xx.xx.xx.xx

3122@xx.xx.xx.xx

1@xx.xx.xx.xx

where xx.xx.xx.xx - my polycom ip addres.

These calls come in continuously and are prevented, particularly during video conferencing. When you answer them, nothing happens. Polycom is not behind the firewall.

Please could you help us?

Hello Larionov,,

They are not, they come from an external script where people try to make free calls.

I suggest you get this unit behind a firewall.

Hello Larionov,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The community's Video FAQ contains this post here:

Apr 07,2015 Question: How can I prevent Phantom calls to my Video Solution?

Answer: A local Firewall or a Polycom Firewall traversal solution can be utilized to stop this. In order to add this to a possible future Software version in the form of a whitelist please contact Luriep => here <= or Security Center: Security Bulletin Relating to Worldwide Botnet Dialing H.323-Capable Systems

But why do these calls come from my IP? example - 7021@82.82.82.82 where 82.82.82.82 - my IP address Polycom on the Internet
