I want to establish the following architecture, but I am facing some problems.

 

Group500 --> CUCM1 --> SBC --> WAN --> SBC --> CUCM2 --> Group50

 

On CUCM1 and CUCM2 there are already tens of registered CISCO VoIP phones, and the communication between them is without problems. Also the Group500 devices are registered normally on the respective CUCMs and between them can be establised audio only connection, but no video.

Can anyone figure out what may the problem is ?

 

PS. When the Group500 Devices are registered on the same CUCM (locally) , the connection is ok (both video and audio)... Also when calls are being made by IP Dialling (without SIP registration) there is no problem.

Most likely some firewall is blocking the ports used by the Video

You might do some packet captures out of the CUCM where the call is initiated to see if the INVITE is requesting video.  If not, then the CUCM  SIP trunk config may not be set up correctly for video.

There is no firewall between the architecture...

Also it is quite strange when i try to enter the range of the RTP UDP ports..

I cannot change the TO: port.. The input field is disabled (see screenshot)

By checking FIXED PORTS, the system selects the TO range.  Uncheck FIXED PORTS and you should be able to specify the FROM/TO, I believe.

Propably when fixed ports is not checked, there is a dynamic allocation of ports used... but in any case there is no firewall in my architecture and traffic is permitted (because this is in development stage!)

You are not right, at least two SBCs are involved in your schema. The SBCs could be configured to allow voice codecs only.
