Hi All 

 

I have RealPresence Group 500 device and I’m try to add a contact to direct dial in to a bridge and then next to virtual room directly

 

 

IP : X.X.X.X     Extension : xxxxxxxxx

 

This is possible with HDX 7000 and we are already use this with HDX 7000. But this option is not work for Group 500.

 

is there any mechanism to put IP and extension [with # or @ sign ] ?.

 

500 console has that option to put IP and extention number but it always connect to bridge. Not to the virtual room

 

Please help…
