RealPresence Group series 500 software: Release - 6.2.2.4-630028 freezes can't make or receive call
Periodically the codec stops functioning. Powercycle restores function. When not functioning, can ping the device, can not access web interface or ssh. Won't be able to provide logs until device is powercycled. In a remote area in a secure location.

Without a service ticket and logs hard to say this will help you but on the surface it may. there will be a release in Jan, mid to late, 6.2.2.5 that may address your issue. Watch for it to be posted and give it a try.
