Dear all,

We have a question regarding the access via Web Interface on a Group series 500 on software versions 6.2 and higher. We have a large client who would like to have access to the system's web interfaces in order to restart the system or just view the system settings. Going through the documentation it would seem there is only access for one local admin account and the other option is LDAP.

Does anyone have maybe another suggestion so that we can provide our client with remote access to verify settings and/or reboot the system from remote, without them having to use the admin account?

Our thanks in advance.

First there is not a 6.2 software release for the GS so I am not sure what that is.

to access the web UI you simply use <IP-address>, it there is a password on it you will use 'admin' as the username and the password.  Default password is the system serial number and unless changed will be the same for the room and remote access.
