Hello!

I have Polycom Realpresence group 300 (4.1.4) and Lync Server 2013 (5.0.8308.834).

Integration settings is correct (Registration status is Registered).

When I call from group 300 to Lync Client 2013 (or Lync Client 2013 to group 300) connection break.

In monitoring report I see "52001; reason="Client side general processing error".

Hi Aramis ...

where are you / where is your system located?

There should be another option on this page labeled "encryption" unless you are in a country where encryption isn´t allowed..

Cheers, Uwe

Hello Aramis,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Polycom equipment used in Russia does not allow certain encryption types. To my knowledge TLS for signalling is allowed but SRTP for media is not.

You would need to make changes on your LYNC server to not request Encryption.

For example:

Set-CsMediaConfiguration -EncryptionLevel SupportEncryption

I ran the command "

Set-CsMediaConfiguration -EncryptionLevel SupportEncryption

"

on Lync Server but the problem don't resolved.

After I ran the command I don't restart the Lync Server.

After I ran the command I got new error: "52017; reason= "Encryption levels dont match"

Hello Aramis,

I suggest you either raise this with Polycom support via your local Polycom reseller or post this Error message in a Microsoft Forum.
