Realpresense Group 700 cannot see its own content, but remote RPG500 can see the RPG700 content

Hi team, we have the following conference in progress, and have and interesting issue:

RPG700 is hosting a call - 3x RPG500 sites are connected to the call

The RPG700 is connected to a laptop display using HDMI

The RPG700 cannot see content on its own display, but all the other sites can see the shared content

Toggling PIP shows no screen with the content displayed

What setting have we missed?

Hi @Neptune,

So you only use one monitor? How do your monitor settings look like (monitor profile)? You´ll find it under Admin Settings > Audio/Video/content> Monitors. Try to set "Far, Then Content, then Near" for example.
