We have some small to medium conference rooms w/RealPrescence systems in them and we are discussing converting them into Zoom Rooms. We're currently using a mix of Poly HDCI cameras (mostly EagleEye IV) & Biamp TesiraFORTE's for audio (mics & speakers in the ceiling). In an effort to not have to rip everything out and start over would anyone know if it's possible to swap the RP system w/a G7500?

Thanks,
James

Hello jbass@bsk.com ,

Welcome back to the Poly Community.

According to the release notes the Polycom EagleEye IV HDCI camera is a supported camera. Also, from checking internal tickets, as long as the Biamp TesiraFORTE is connected via 3.5mm it should work.

I suggest for cases like this to check with a Poly reseller as they have experience with these systems.
