Hi folks, Is there a way to override/reset the USER password if I know the ADMIN account password? I administer this RealPresence Group 500 unit, and it works quite well. I want to raise the Security Profile setting, but to do so requires both the Admin password and the User password. I have the Admin password & log in regularly, but I have no record of the User password, and it isn't responding to any of the known default possibilities. Changing the User password by itself requires the *current* User password, which I do not have. Is there a way to use the Admin account to override and change the User password, w/o knowing the current User password? I'd like to avoid Factory Defaulting the device if possible. Thanks for your help! . Neil

It is not possible to reset the user ID without the password.

To reset it does not require a factory restore.  You can do a reset of the settings and clear the passwords.  Check out "System Reset" in the Admin Guide for details.

Ah ok, good to know.  I'll pursue the factory reset then. Thank you!
