Resolution decrease when call from HDX8000 to RealPresence500 Group series

Hi,I am facing a problem while calling from HDX8000 to  RealPresence500 Group series .My monitor connected with real presence 500 group series with HDMI cable.When ever I initiate call from HDX to GS500 resolution of the monitor decreased.than I have changed my HDX with another working HDX but problem still persist...please guide

Hello Jai,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

Please also include if you are using a SIP / H323 server or a LYNC server
