Hello,

 

I'm not able to find latest software version for Polycom HDX end point being sold in Russia (without encryption). Generic software is being rejected by our end points.

The non-encrypted software would be available only when your web page settings are for the EMEA area. 

 

You can not load standard software on a system that has the non-encrypted software on it.
