Searching contact Skype for Business

Hi,

 

We have Polycom's Group 500 witn Touch pannel and we are using it in Skype mode. Skype meeting works, calendering works, but when I search a contact to add it into the meeting, some people are not in the search result, and some are. If I search Martin by exemple, it will give me a list with all persons with Martin in their name. Michel or Jean will show nothing.

 

Also, every contacts in the search result have an "Unknow" under their name. How do I fix that?

Hello Gecko,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Please use a currently supported software like 6.1.2 and re-test this.

 

If this still fails you need to submit some logs and open a ticket.

In order to raise a support ticket you need to work with your Polycom reseller as they need to do this for you. End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
