Hope you are well. 
I am looking at integrating Office 365 Skype for Business and Polycom Realpresence Group 500 Series. Please can you assist me with this, as I need to implement a solution without having to pay for services rendered.

Hello Mayson,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.

The above is also stated in the "Read First"

 

In this case the Release Notes matching your Software Version would show you if your GroupSeries is supported using Skype for Business or not.

 

Example Software 5.1.2:

 

Microsoft Skype for Business Server 2015 6.0.9319.235

The next step for you would be to check the Release Notes matching your used software version.

 

I suggest you work with a Polycom reseller to advise you on possible firmware upgrades that you are either entitled to or need to purchase to archive the compatibility that you require.
