I have recently started experimenting with using Real Presence Desktop's smart pairing function to send content to our HDX 8000s, GS 500s and GS 700s. My biggest concern is the idead that anyone with the RPD client and IP address to one of our units could take over the content feed with no approval nessecary. Is there a means to require confirmation on the unit in order for a smart paired laptop to send it's content?

You can protect SmartPairing as well as PpCIP content sharing by a Meeting Password defined in the Security section of system settings.
