Each time when we use Polycom 700 to connect a remote site they use Polycom 300 everything is ok at first.
However, after we show a powerpoint presentation we cannot hear the sound from the remote site anymore.
Would anyone provide the answer ?

It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

The above should give you enough guidelines on how to troubleshoot this as you need separate ports for Audio, Video People, Video Content and Far End Camera Control (FECC).
Once you add content to a call the Group Series re-negotiates video etc. by closing and re-opening and this may cause your firewall to block the newly setup ports.
