Studio P15 - Update went wrong - Now device is only flashing orange

Hi everyone,

 

i've got a new Studio P15 today and tried to update that one with the poly lens app. After a minute i got a massage that the update goes wrong. Now the P15 is only flashing orange.

Reset is not working. When i connect it to the windows 10 pc, it is only detected as "Poly Studio P15 DFU" in the device mgmt.

Does anyone have any idea what to do here? Poly lens doesn't recognize the device.

Hello @Andreas_Schmid ,

Welcome to Poly Community.

Can you possibly check the following path on your PC?

C:\Program Files\Poly\P15\Services\

Do you see a file in that folder that is called "dfu-util.exe"?

If yes, please run it and see how it goes. 

 

If the issue persists, please raise a ticket with Poly Support.
