Hi, anyone tried to integrate this soundbar with the new clickshare solutions? With polycom studio is not a problem, plug USB into clickshare and go but with x series how can I do? There is future integration with XMS Cloud platforms and poly realconnect?

thanks!

Marco

The new 3.1.0 firmware released just today added USB Device Mode. I've just done some basic tests using it with my laptop (haven't tested it in meeting yet) to see that my computer recognises it as a camera, microphone and speaker.

You may wish to update to that firmware and follow the instructions in the User Guide on how to use it.

The X30 or X50 must be in Poly Mode, not a partner mode. You have to click the button on the TC8 display or touchscreen to start USB Device Mode and connect a USB cable from the USB-C port on the X30 or X50 to the computer.
