Hi

we use Poly Studio X30 with NATIVE TEAMS MODE with a default teams licenced user.

If someone sends this user a meetinginvitation from windows teams app, it is possible to join this meeting with Poly Studio.

But if the meeting-invitation was sending from Teams Addon from MS Outlook, the meeting-invitation shows up on poly but it is not possible to join.

Thanks.

Hello,

when in Native Teams mode Microsoft controls the application so therefore any issues encountered should be reported to our partner Microsoft.

Best regards
