Hi!

Are you referring to a multipoint call?

If yes, you will need to make sure that -

1. The video conference system in question supports multipoint calls (usually licensing is required for this)

2. A virtual meeting room is used on a video bridge, to which the participants dial-in or the bridge itself dials-out to each participant

The Telepresence m100 cannot host multipoint calls - it can only join other calls by dialing or being dialled to.

For more information for use and capabilities of the m100, please refer to: http://support.polycom.com/global/documents/support/user/products/video/m100_help_book.pdf

As for dialing from a video conference system or bridge - please let us know which system model/bridge model you have in order to provide you the proper instructions.

Hope this helps!
