Telepresence m100 freezes receiving video



We have a telepresence m100 on on an external computer, when they call to the mail office (HDX 8000 HD) we can connect the calls and  receive video  and audio on both ends fine. However, after few minutes  during the call the video on the m100 freezes, they can get audio but the no video and here at the main office we can get audio and video from them.


The external computer meet the minimum requirements for m100, and there is enough bandwidth on both ends. Firewall ports are open on both networks to allow traffic and windows firewall has been disabled on the external PC.


Is there any particular reason why the m100 freezes when receiving video? I have changed the network preferences to 512kbps and 384 kbsp and get the same results.


is there any other setting that needs to be modified?

Is the port speed/duplex setting on the laptop set the same as the switch port it is connected to?  ex.  100/Full on both.


You might also try grabbing a Wireshark on the laptop which may provide some clues such as packet loss.
