폴리콤 그룹 500

H.323과 IP 통신 중 깨지는 로그를 확인합니다. 
'통화가 종료되었습니다. 로컬 사용자가 전화 끊기를 시작했습니다.
라는 메시지가 발생되었다.

끊지도않았는데 끊어지는것은 어떤것 때문인지 알수 있나요?
이러한 증상이 방화벽과 많은 연관이 있을까요???
