Whenever we are in a meeting, if someone else outside of the room wants to share its screen, every participant will be able to view the presentation but never the room. There seams no way I can find to trigger the room to display the screen sharing on one monitor. In the Skype app you can see that the room is now watching the presentation.

We are using Skype for Business Online and Group Series 500.

Thank you.

You may need to confirm the software version on your Group 500 system.

The Log files on the Group 500 might give some info on presentation attempt.

Can you share the config settings for monitors and presentation?  It could be you have it set to send presenation to a second monitor and don't have one.

We are using Release - 6.1.2-380088 with SS C8 Here are the logs

We are also using 2 monitors.

In the 'alldata.txt' file (appears to be the config settings) It shows monitors=2 with monitordisplay='auto' for both. Are there other options?

video.monitor[1].monitordisplay="auto"

video.monitor[1].signalType="HDMI"

video.monitor[2].Resolution="1920x1080p 60Hz"

video.monitor[2].cableType.DVID.Resolution="1920x1080p 60Hz"

video.monitor[2].cableType.HDMI.Resolution="1920x1080p 60Hz"

video.monitor[2].monitordisplay="auto"

 Also, the  'room.device' settings have 7 with the first 4 appearing to be monitors, 1,2 and 3 with role=PeopleDisplay and 4 being ContentDisplay.  Do these settings match your physical connections?

yes, the Manual mode allow you to change the resolution and refresh rate. We tried different confirugrations but nothing changed.

I'm not sure I understand your questions. Basically, we have a Group500 hooked to 2 TVs Sharp (wrongly reported as LG). We have tried pretty much every configuration possible in Admin Settings / Audio Video / Monitors / Monitor Profile for each monitor.

If someone inside the room use the HDMI cable to present something, all participant will see the presentation. If a participant share it's screen, all participant except the room will watch the presentation. In the image I've posted earlier you can see "Salle Wildi" don't have the last icon lit.

Lastly, I tried upgrading to 6.1.2.1 but the upgrade failed. I am currently waithing on the device to reset and will retry the upgrade after.

Have you tried the other options in the BFCP setting:

comm.NICs.SipNic.bfcptransportprotocol="Prefer_UDP"
