Touch control cannot place ISDN calls

I have a touch controller (ver 1.6.0) paired with an HDX 7000 (ver 3.1.0) and when I try to place an ISDN call i get " The call cannot be completed because the ISDN number is unassigned" error message.

 

Without the touch controller I can sucessfully dial ISDN numbers both from the Global Address Book and manualy entered  numbers.

 

Any thoughts?  This will be a deal breaker.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

We had some issues with the PTC and ISDN in the past but I am not aware that Software 3.1 has an issue.

 

I would suggest you raise this via your Polycom reseller to bring it to the attention of our Support Team in your geographical area.

 

Please ensure you provide the support package.
