Hello, i should get a trio visual demo unit soon...to check if it works with bluejeans

i guess it should with the sip sku but cannot find the confirmation neither on bluejeans web

has anyone already tried ?

welcome to the Polycom Community.

The Release Notes should usually list any tested compatibility and to my knowledge Bluejeans has not been officially tested yet.

I had briefly checked this with Product Management and currently it has not been officially tested and therefore supported but could you try:

 

 

    • Disable the XH264UC video codec. This can conveniently be done from the Trio 8800’s Web UI > Settings > Codec Priorities > Video Codec Priorities

Hi,

 

How do i connect the Trio to Bluejeans. I tried using the SIP:199.48.152.152 but it was not able to connect.

 

Our Trio 8800 Visual+ is connected to our Cisco CUCM. Dialing to other SIP supported devices like Polycom Group Series is fine but not able to dial to Bluejeans. 

 

Hope someone can give some tips on how to go about calling to Bluejeans.
