Trio C60 and Studio X50 | No camera tracking options


We have just deployed a Trio C60 with a Studio X50, and noticed that the camera tracking options are missing from the UI of the C60. We have also paired a TC8 with the same X50 at the same time and the tracking options are there and functional (as in, you can turn the tracking on or off). However, we don't really want to deploy a TC8 and C60 to the same table.


Is this a bug? Likely to be addressed?

Welcome to the Poly Community.

It would help us volunteers immensely if you could provide the currently used software version for all devices in this setup.


Alternatively, you can open a support ticket. 


In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support. Available End User Poly services offerings are detailed here

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

Thanks for the quick response Steffen.

We have a relationship with a distributor so will look to raise a ticket via them. I'll also report back here with the software versions tomorrow.
