Hi there

 

I'm having trouble sending content whenever I'm using the Lenovo x1 Carbon laptop. The resolution is set to send at 1024 x 768 and it works on the group series units but not HDX.

 

The unit does not even pick up that content is being sent.

 

Is there a problem with the Codec not being able to pick up the display port's signal of newer laptops?

I should add that most other laptops send content without any issue.

 

It just seems to be this make and model in particular.
