Hi all,

 

I've a trouble to make a correct conference between my HDX600 with the latest firmware V3.1.xxx and a vidyogateway based on a H323 Call.

 

When i call the vydiogateway, the connection is etablished properly, but the vydio's user on the remote site are not able to view my video and sound. On my hdx i've correctly see the both system Polycom and Vydio.


My hdx is behind a Fortinet Firewall with H323 capability, for me all the needed TCP and UDP ports is open, and the same on the vydio site.

I've tested also to change in hdx options , lan setting, use nat transversal, Firewall ... etc, no change, it doesn't work

 

To complete my trouble, yesterday, i'm testing the polycom free software from the appstore on my iphone, redo the test, and we'e able to have a normal visioconference with video and sound.

 

Do you sone ideas about my trouble ?

A new information in this case i'm able to do VidyoGateway and Polycom RMX2000.

 

So it's possible for you to make Point to Point Call between a HDX6000 and a VidyoGateway ?

Have you by chance seen this work with past software, like 3.0.5?

Hi all, for your information it's a bug with the latest release 3.1x. and vidyo Gateway.

 

there'is two solutions to correct this troube:

 

1/ Uograde Vidyo Gateway to Version 2.2.0.309 (it's work normally but i don't have too much to test it).

 

or

 

2/ downgrader HDX Codec to older version (for exemple: it's working perfectly between Release - 3.0.5-22695 and vidyo gateway  2.1.3(14)
