Hi,

Does anyone know how 3 x ISDN2e should be configured by BT for a aQuad Bri and HDX7000?

Thanks for you help in advance.

  • Point to Multi Point (S/T Reference point or Public) known as a "Standard" Access. Different Numbers for each line.

This configuration is provided on all Standard ISDN2e and as the 'default' option on ISDN2e System.

The Network is configured so that it has a signalling relationship with different terminal equipment that is connected to the ISDN2e line.

  • Point to Point (T Reference point or Private) known as a "System Access".  Same number for each line.

The network is configured so that it has a signalling relationship with only one device connected to the ISND2e line.  This device, typically a Switch, will then control the signalling information to other terminals connected to it.

There is a network planning guide posted on the Polycom Support web site.  See if you can use that to get the informaiton you need.
