Unable to access RealPresence Group 500 after software upgrade

Dear Team,

 

We have polycom realpresence 500 series in our office and one of them have problem with software upgrading and the codac is rebooting again and again we are not able to access the codac in web browser. Can anyone suggest what will be the problem and remedee to resolve this issue.

welcome to the Polycom Community.

Not sure what has gone wrong but I suggest you consult the Admin Guide and Factory reset the unit.
