Hi All,

 

When we are initiating the call to other end, we are unable to connect the call.

But when other end people initiate the call we can able to connect the call (with video and audio).

 

The other end people using the watchguard firewall.

At our end we are using ASA 5510 Firewall.

 

Before its working fine for both ends but recently the other end people moved their Polycom device into DMZ network.

 

We tried a lot but didn't fix it yet. Please suggest.
