Unable to manage HDX 9006 remotely

Dear All,

 

Can someone assist, i have downgraded and upgraded software version of HDX 9006 and still can manage them remotely we have about 22 HDX endpoints in our organization and i cant manage three remotely and they are all at different locations.. i have attached screenshot of the error i see on CMA server. Can some1 assist

I have moved your post to the right section.

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

 

We do not know from what version or to what versions you have up / downgraded your units or what version your CMA is currently on.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.
