after upgrading our Skype for Business user-accounts to Teams Only, we were unable to use the panoramic view with this device (CX5100)
The product page confirmed our assumption:
(“*In Microsoft Teams, the Panoramic view is not currently supported with this device.”)
So, are there any further plans to offer an update for the CX5100, to enable the missing function in Microsoft Teams?

Our product was developed and supports Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business Clients.
Our Partner Microsoft released the current Teams client with the lack of panoramic support. It is up to Microsoft to add this functionality and you need to work with Microsoft on this.
