We have Polycom HDX 7000 devices and we given a public IP to HDX 7000, but sudden few days some unwanted incoming call by IP address comes on HDX 7000 which disturb to our meeting.
Please suggest to us for solutions.

Answer: A local Firewall or a Polycom Firewall traversal solution can be utilized to stop this.
