I have several Group Series 500's, all on 6.1.2-380088. I've tried updating three of them so far to 188.8.131.52-380105. They all failed at the same step and reverted back. I'm wondering if there is a problem with one of the files. Please see the attached screenshot of the error.

By the time I contacted Scansource this morning to open a ticket, the issue had been resolved. I have successfully upgraded four of my Group Series so far.
