I just installed an HDX8000 with two EagleEye cameras. I plugged one into the camera 1 input, and the other into the camera 2 input, but I get no signal or power out of the camera 2 input. Both cameras are functional when either are plugged into input 1, but I get nothing out of input 2.

Is there something that I'm missing?

Hello Amilburn,

The second camera port does not supply power, you would need to have an external power supply connected to the second camera.

and make sure its a polycom power supply as the +/- are reversed..
