VC Equipment reboot on call




One company using HDX 7000. they are facing new problem. During thr VC Call the VC Equipment is automatically 

Rebooted. how is possible in on call? we check the packet losses no packet losses and wrong conections then how

its is possbile?

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes.

Hi Venkatest download load system information package in EP and u can see the logs
