Hello,

I'm using VSX 7000s(v8.5.3.2) and VSX 5000(v9.0.1.1) to make video conference call bewteen 2 cities,

For ISDN, they are worked.

But for IP, VSX 5000 will crash and restart both around 30s dial in and out.

It began to happen after I replace a new router (VSX 5000 site).

I have FIXED PORT on VSX 5000 and PAT on router.

Have any suggestion?

Many thanks,

Ken Shi

I would run a near-end loop diagnostic and see if the issue occurs there.

System -> Diagnostics -> Network -> Near-end loop

This essentially puts the codec into a call with itself.  Let us know whether or not the issue occurs during this test. The result should help us to isolate the issue a little better.
