Hi, I am trying to connect an iPad Mini 2 with the Realpresence app to a VSX 6000, but no luck.

I know our SP 128 is not supported, but the VSX 6000 should work, right ?

We use a Genius accesspoint in a local LAN with no firewall active.

From iPad to iPad there is no problem, also no problem from VSX to VSX.

Has anyone a suggestion ? Thx.

Is the VSX in basic Mode?  The iPad only supports H264.  If not the case then it is a possible non-routable IP address issue.  The iPad does not have a configurable NAT setting as it is designed to work (in standalone mode) on the same subnet as the device it is calling.

When used with a gatekeeper this is not an issue.
