Hello - I have a 2nd hand VSX 7000 serial 82042404905fak.

 

When I start it up, it's only possible to see the camera screen. It's not possible to access the dialling screen etc.

 

I have tried starting it up and pressing the * at the same time repeatedly but still no change.

 

I'm using a lead part no. 2457-10849-001 to connect to the monitor FYA.

 

The only other connect is the S-video connection, but not sure if this is what we should be using.

 

How can we solve this problem?

sounds like you use VGA monitor as 2nd monitor. Connect monitor via S-video and check what you see and change 1st monitor to VGA via UI  or try change  1st monitor to VGA  via web interface if ip address is known ....
