You will need to buy a maintenence contract from yourreseller.

FYI ... SW Version is Relase 9.0.1 18-July2008

Due to your expired contract and the dates that it was active, the best we can do for you is version 8.7.1 software.  Please see the PM I sent you to get the key, and the correct SW download link for your VSX

If you are on a contract or still within warranty your entitled Key will be shown.

 

If you are not on a contract or outside warranty you will need to purchase a contract from a Certified Polycom Reseller in order to be eligible to upgrade your software.
