I can not turn on the video conferencing device. It stays this way. Software key ? can you help?
It could be the license key you have is not valid for the version you are attempting to upgrade to.

Checking your serial number 82060506ABF2AK shows that you only can use Software 8.7
The Key for this is UCF8-F7B5-45B0-0000-0327
The Unit is from back in 29/02/2008 so its nearly 10 years old.

Steffen, would an invalid license key produce the screenshot that showed the software update to 'hang'?
seaydin, you might try downloading the 8.7 version and doing a software update with that.
The attached Screenshot_7.jpg shows the query for Option key (K-key), not for Upgrade key (U-Key) mentioned in Steffen's comment. As this unit has no K-key generated this step should be skipped in the previous window.
