Dear,

can i add VSX 7000A to call manager as sccp device ? The software version is 9 but there is no sccp option found.

Hi there 🙂

There is a special SCCP SW version (8.6.3) available on the polycom website.

VSX software version 8.6.3 is available exclusively for use in Cisco SCCP
environments and does not provide ISDN or IP network support. This
software is free only to customers who purchase new systems or who are
under current maintenance agreements.

 You´ll have to download the CCM plugin, which is also available on the website.

 

Maybe one of the other guys aorund here have more informations.
