We have a 7000e installed in our board room and use a Nortel MICS for our phone system. I have an analog terminal adapater (ATA) connected and routed to the analog phone jack on the Polycom.

Everything works fine, I can make calls and receive calls. However, the volume for the phone calls is extremley loud compared to the video calls. The volume adjustment on the polycom semms to adjust just the master volume.

Is there a way to adjust the volume for only the analog calls while leaving video calls alone?

No there is not a way to adjust the volume of the POTS interface.

I would recommend looking on the ATA or in the switch for something.
